The post-conference event is designed to endorse a healthy lifestyle by integrating aspects of “Train like an Astronaut” for inspiration. It is accessible to the general public upon purchasing entry to Space Center Houston and is complimentary for participants of the primary SHOP-24 Conference.

  • 3:00-3:30 p.m. : Nutrition for Health and Performance – Mr. Brett Singer
  • 4:00-4:45 p.m.: Resilience Across the Lifespan- Insight for Living A Fulfilled Life – Mr. Robert Andrews

University of Houston will have a booth promoting “Are you Stronger than an Astronaut” to test your strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness! When Astronauts prepare for Space, fitness is a must!
