Join Space Center Houston and North American Training and Development, Inc. for a 1-day professional development workshop exploring and amplifying the leader in you. This full-day leadership workshop will examine Leadership Models and the Key Performance Skills necessary to apply those practices. Learners will explore Situational Leadership behaviors and complete a leadership self-assessment questionnaire.
This workshop is designed to increase participants’ insight into key leadership/supervisory issues relating to employee motivation, effective leadership, coaching, performance management and building managerial excellence. The purpose is to increase the participants’ ability to lead their teams to high performance.
