Our @blossomandroot kindergarten science unit explores our solar system, space travel and friendship with an extraterrestrial named Zoola, so we were thrilled to spend a "school day" at the Space Center yesterday. The best (for me) was playing a game to plan supplies for a six-month Mars mission — which was our exercise at home last week. Pretty sure the best for H was eating space ice cream (thanks, @brett_brett)! It feels like a real win when our daily lives naturally intersect with our "book work."
