Campers discover constellations and their stars and learn how astronauts use stars to navigate space exploration. Building satellites teaches us about artificial satellites, their functions, and their importance to understanding nebulas and exoplanets then create a model of a nebula in a bottle to gain further insight and understanding of the topic of nebulas.

Campers will research, design, and build rockets and robotic models. Participants learn about Deep Space Telescopes and experience an Electromagnetic Spectrum Wave demonstration. Complete the program by safely advancing a Rover through a maze representing a path on another celestial body and traveling the surface by doing a Planetary “Rock Hunt”.
