The “Making Space for Women” panel stems from a book with the same name by panelist Dr. Jennifer Ross-Nazzal, Ph.D., that explores how careers for women at NASA Johnson Space Center have changed over the past 50 years as the workforce became more diverse and fields once closed to women – the astronaut corps and flight control – began to open.
