The majority of Galaxy Lights light displays are outdoors. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing tailored to the weather for the evening of your visit.
Once Galaxy Lights opens, the status of the evening’s event will be posted every day at 4 p.m. in the status bar at the top of this webpage to help you plan. In the event of mild rain, raincoats and umbrellas are encouraged.
If the weather is colder than expected during your Galaxy Lights experience, the Space Center Houston Shop offers a variety of space-inspired cold-weather apparel for purchase that double as great souvenirs!
In the event of closure due to severe weather, guests can redeem their Galaxy Lights tickets on any other night of Galaxy Lights through January 4, 2025.
Galaxy Lights admission includes access to Space Center Houston’s exhibitions. Our NASA Tram Tours and Starship Gallery exhibit will be closed during Galaxy Lights.
Discounted group tickets are available for groups of 20 or more. For more information, call 281-283-4755 or email [email protected].
