Visitors’ Great Reviews Earn Space Center Houston A Top TripAdvisor® Award
HOUSTON, May 28, 2015 – Excellent reviews from visitors around the world have earned Space Center Houston a 2015 “Certificate of Excellence” as a top performing museum from the world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor®.
Just last month the center received the “Bravo!” award from TripAdvisor for achieving more than 900 “excellent” reviews.
“We are honored to receive the ‘Certificate of Excellence’ award because it shows we are meeting our goal to provide an experience that exceeds our guests’ needs and expectations,” said Richard E. Allen Jr., president and chief executive officer at Space Center Houston. “Our visitors went the extra mile to review the museum and provide us with valuable feedback.”
The accolade celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. The center uses feedback from TripAdvisor reviewers to evaluate its operations and make adjustments to improve the guest experience.
The travel site honors are a testament to the center’s commitment to provide exceptional service to the more than 800,000 guests who visit annually. In 2014, the center was recognized with its first “Certificate of Excellence” award.
With more than 400 space artifacts, visitors come from all over the world to view the largest collection of space artifacts in the Southwestern United States.
