Space Center Houston field trip enhancements are $3 per guest and have a 20-student or $60 minimum. The student to adult ratio is 1:10. Additional tickets for students and adults are $3 each. Classes are available for kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Starship Gallery tours
Allow our expert tour guide to introduce your students to the wonders of the space program. Students will see and touch real spacecraft and moon rocks while learning about the history of space flight. Each tour consists of a 15-minute film and one 30-minute guided tour of Starship Gallery. Starship Gallery tour presentations are 10:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
Neutral Buoyancy Lab (NBL) tours
See where astronauts train in a “neutral” environment on a guided tour of the largest pool of its kind in the world. Tours are $7 per person with a 20-person minimum. Tours are available Monday through Friday only and are offered at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Please note that the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory is not on Space Center Houston property and transportation is the responsibility of the group. The group must travel together in a bus or van. Personal vehicles are not allowed on the NBL grounds.
Groups of more than 50 people may have to split into multiple tours. Meet your guide at the Information Desk at Space Center Houston 30 minutes before your tour time. Please call +1 281-283-4755 for availability and allow 4-6 weeks for approval.
