VOYAGE: A JOURNEY THROUGH OUR SOLAR SYSTEM
MASTER TEACHER WORKSHOP

Space Center Houston is getting a 1 to 10 billion scale model of the solar system. It will stretch 2,000 feet around our center. With it comes educational curriculum called "Voyage: A Journey Through our Solar System". The National Center for Earth and Space Science Education is sponsoring and hosting a master teacher workshop for third and eighth grade teachers to teach the curriculum that goes with the new exhibit.

• The workshop is for 60 third and eighth grade teachers.
• Each teacher will receive
  • Instruction from a National Educational Expert
  • A copy of the curriculum
  • Lunch
  • CPE Credit
• The workshop is being held on Friday, November 14, 2008 at Space Center Houston. (Times to be announced)
