Meet an Astronaut Day
Come and enjoy your exciting space adventure with a special guest speaker, an astronaut! Care to aspire to an adventurous career like the astronauts? Come hear an astronaut tell their remarkable stories of living and working in a space environment. Listen to what academic paths launched them into space. Get your questions ready because it's not every day you get to meet an astronaut!

*TAKS Exempt!
Calling All Kindergarteners, First and Second Graders! Escape from the "quiet zone" and have some serious fun at Space Center Houston! Explore our interactive attractions while those "back on campus" ace the TAKS test. Students will participate in hands-on space exploration activities and each scheduled school will receive a FREE packet of K-2 activities to incorporate into the classroom!

Career Day
A career in the space program is not just for rocket scientists! Expose your students to an Out-of –this World Day that only happens at Space Center Houston. Meet Robotic engineers, Flight Surgeons, Program Managers, Material Scientists, Astronauts, Nutritionists, and many local colleges in the area to help your students get ready for careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
